Key in such projects is our hands-on involvement in both qualitative and quantitative phases of the research – applying our knowledge to each and every project.
- Extended visits to consumers’ homes, including accompanied shopping trips to understand the way in which consumers interact with packaging.
- Focus group discussions to explore responses to a range of pack formats, and to aid development of new packaging.
- Quantitative placement tests, allowing consumers to try the new packaging in-home, with some in-home qualitative depth interviews to gain rich detail.
