Stuart Green has helped to develop innovative products and services across a range of sectors.
For example, in the education sector, I worked closely with an examination awarding body to review existing specifications and recommend changes that would meet the needs of school Heads of Department. The project included depth interviews, mini-groups, telephone research and building an online community.
A couple of years down the line and the education landscape has changed, and my client's revised specification was very well-aligned to the sector's new priorities.
